Mittler: Hamburg 2000

From Netherlands (database DUIKBOOT from Frans Beckers and Walter Cloots) I've got a listing to complete our records. But they are not verified, yet, and I hope we will get help from Igor or Platon, respectively:

06503 / SEADOG versus U586
--/>/> http://www.historisches-marinearchiv.de/projekte/asa/ausgabe.php?where_value=823

Die von SEADOG gemeldete Position entspricht Quadrat AF4928
U586 aber befand sich am 10. Juni auf Warteposition in Quadrat AB6347. Das kann also nicht stimmen.

Polish submarines were attacked four times by U-boote in September 1939.
There is also one unconfirmed claim from May 1943.

TW

Dear Andrzey,
At the moment we are looking for Allied submarine attacks, no German U-boat attacks.
What about the unconfirmed claim from May 1943 ? Will you tell me the circumstances ?
With best regards, Thomas

17.12.43/2232  SSR  ....   T  -  U636 in AC4435

I cannot confirm such a claim from U636.
U636 claimed attack with gunfire of a (possibly Soviet) submarine on 01.12.1943 at 04.58 Uhr in AB6391 (between Spitzbergen and Northern Norway) on the route of Arctic convoys. On 23.12. U636 is going to get supply from U601 in AC44. On 25.12. U636 comes into contact with convoy JB.55B in AB64.

Are there any news from the Russian side about encounter of a Soviet sub with German Uboat in December 1943?

06706 / SCEPTRE versus Konvoi

Die Angriffsposition entspricht AF9122, also Höhe Drontheim.

U.435 on 7.00 19.3.42 was on 26 grad longitude, so sge can be attacked previous day at 03.24. Source KTB Adm. Nordmeer
M-176 on 28.5.42 reported to be attacked by 10 enemy torpedoes aine after another from sub. No subs was in this area - nor german, nor british. U.88 this time situated in Narvik since 6.5.42 (uboat.net). This was or whale, or something totally strange like massive hallutination.
SC-402 10.7.42 was on werft so can't attack anything. On 25.7.42 she really attacked unknow sub in pos. 70.11,1 N - 31.40,2 E. I can't say which sub it was.
17.12.43 there was 3 soviet subs in see: S-55 on position near Tana-fjord, L-22 was on passage from base to position between Nordkin and Nordkap, and M-200 returned from position in Varanger-fjord to base. No attacks to enemy, no attack from enemy and places too far away from U.636

07211 / UTSIRA versus U312

Im 1944/1945 most of the U-Boats sailing from Drontheim were escorted until Halten (Is.) which lays in 64.10n 09.25e (= AF6742). The attack of UTSIRA happened at 6h08 in AF6741.

07212 / UTSIRA versus U739

A-Position Insel Halten liegt in 64.10n 09.24e. -
U739 verließ am 16.12.1944 (ohne Zeitangabe) Drontheim. Kein Angriff beobachtet.

P.S. Dear Igor, thanks for your informations. I will react on your posting tomorrow.

Yet another one,

According to Hezlet, the attack(s) by Clyde were against an italian sub. (Datensatz 16512a, 16513b). Clyde was on her way from Malta to Beirut at the time.
