Photo identification of former yacht

The attached picture was posted by Achille Rastelli, who asks for an identification. She could be the former yacht JANETHA III, then Greek NAIS, then Kriegsmarine 13 V 1 later GK 01, according to a Groener vol. 8/2 page 404 sketch. Can anyone help with a positive identification? Thanks.

Hello,
the yacht is origin in the Gröner-collection under number 93 as an old negative. In his list Erich Gröner wrote by hisself RA or RH-boat and withdrawn it later as a mistake. Not new information about.
She is not the formelly NAIS and some information gave Adriatic waters for the photo.

Additional I send 13 V 1, also from the Gröner-collection as number 664.
