First, I apologize for writing this in english, but beeing some years since I had german at school, I don't dare

I have been searching for pictures of "Karl Meyer" for some time now, but the closest I have come is images if the two sisters who was taken over by the french after the war.
The reason for my interrest is that "Karl Meyer" was bombed and sunk close to where I grew up (just north of Rørvik in Mid-Norway), and I have heard much stories about the incident. My mother witnessed the bombing, and the wreck lay beached by the stern until ca. 1960 when it was removed. Beeing born some years later I never saw it myself. In the later years I have tried to find out more about her, but the results have been meager.
I hope that some of you at this forum may have some images you can post here, either of the real thing or of a model. I saw in another post on this forum, that there are a model at Norderwerft in Hamburg, where she were built.
I include a picture I have of her after she had been refloated and prepared for the tow to Sandnessjøen were she was broken up.
