Good evening,

sorry, but the UJ are always a source of headache.
I would like to know the fates (if available) about:

UJ 2107 former Milos
UJ 2110 former Korgialeinos
UJ 2144 former GA 44 former Eleni
UJ 6070 former UJ 2217 former Cetonia
UJ 6076 former UJ 2215 former Volountaire

I would to know if UJ 2120 ever existed. It's quoted only by Lew Lind, Battles in the dark wine sea, and I would not surprised if it was a mere typo mistake.

PS a source in the web wrote about a UJ 2124 former Elaki and a UJ 2127 former Theodoros. An other one stated instead that no UJ 2121-2127 never existed. What a mess.

Thank you; that's just one of the web sources I mentioned. The real problem are the contradictions between that link and some books. Had you the opportunity to check if that site is correct?
In other words what about UJ 2120, 2124, 2125 and 2127? Did they exist or not?

Eigentlich wollte ich dir nicht antworten. Ein Forum ist ein Geben und Nehmen, du stellst allerdings nur Fragen, ohne selbst welche zu beantworten! Ich bin sicherlich nicht der Einzige, der so denkt. Nun gut, sei's drum.

Aus einer Kriegsgliederung vom 23.09.1943 geht hervor, daß für die 21. U-Jagdflottille eine B-Gruppe bestehend aus UJ-2121 bis UJ-2130 geplant war. Da ich im KTB der Flottille für 1944 kein einziges dieser Boote gefunden hab, denke ich, daß es wohl bei der Planung geblieben ist. Bei dem chronischen Schiffsmangel in der Ägäis kein Wunder.

Leider kann ich deiner Argumentation nicht ganz folgen. Von jemanden der über umfangreiches Spezialwissen verfügt, kann man ja wohl etwas mehr erwarten, ansonsten macht man sich unglaubwürdig. Andere revanchieren sich auf ihre Weise.
Wie gesagt, ein Geben und Nehmen. Du kannst ja gerne weiterhin deine Zeit mit der Beantwortung dieser Frage verbringen, ich steige aus diesem Thema aus.

Kommentare mit solchen Inhalten sind nicht dazu angetan, Mitglieder zu animieren, Fragen zu stellen. Davon lebt aber ein Forum.

Ich verstehe durchaus, daß man manchmal gern mehr Antworten bzw. Rückmeldungen hätte. Über mangelndes Feedback ärgere ich mich auch ab und an, keine Frage.
Dies aber zu erwarten bzw. einzufordern, halte ich für falsch. Freue dich darüber, daß du hier zu dem Kreis der "Freaks" gehörst, die mehr Antworten als Fragen haben. Das andere Mitglieder ihr Wissen hier mitteilen, kann man nicht einfordern.

Von UJ-2120 hab ich jetzt aber gar nichts gefunden, weder als Planung, noch im KTB 21. UJ-Flottille 1944.

2124-2127 hat es bestimmt gegeben, von 2121-2123 noch keine Auskunft.  2128-2130 war bestimmt nur in Plannung, denke ich mit Vorbehalt.

möglich ist ja alles.
Die 21. UJ-Flottille mußte ja kurz nach Fall " Achse " einige ihre gerade erst in Dienst gestellten Fahrzeuge abgeben. So z.B. Gallipoli, Otranto, RD 35 usw. Vielleicht trugen ja diese Boote kurzzeitig die gesuchten Nummern. Wie gesagt, möglich ist alles.
Wird wohl Zeit, daß mal einer diese Flottille auswertet.
