Also ich hab das Fotoalbum druchgeschaut und da sind einige Bilder von cerberus dabei und man erkennt absl. eindeutig das die Brücke offen war. Das die Bilder von Cerberus sind beweisen auch die zusätlichen Flaks die nur bei dieser Unternehmung montiert waren.
@ Stefan wenn du wieder bei mir bist zeig ich dir die Bilder darauf erkennt man auch gut die Fleckentarnung.

Alles klar, ich werd dran denken. Ich werd mal schauen ob ich die Brücke dann offen bauen kann. Wenn der Aufwand aber zu groß ist, werde ich dann wohl den Zustand beim Angriff auf Spitzbergen bauen.

Das mit der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit ist auch beim Podzun Pallas Verlag bescheiden. Ich hatte vor einigen Monaten eine Anfrage gestellt weil ich gerne eine Skizze aus deren Heft verwenden wollte, aber bis heute keine Antwort bekommen, nicht mal ein einfaches, kurzes "Nein".

Die Brücke wurde definitiv nach Ceberus geschlossen, wie bereits geklärt.
Ich denke als sie im Dock zur Beseitigung der Minenschäden lag.

@speedl: Wenn du Details von der offenen Brücke hast, lass es mich wissen. Ich möchte SH im Zustand von OP Juno bauen.

if you need help on the Scharnhorst opened bridge, just let me know, I have completed the whole set of drawings for Scharnhorst and the all camouflages with Andrea Toller, so I can help you.

The opened bridge ( amiral bridge ) or  '' Admiralsbrücke '' in German was closed on Scharnhorst  on  1942 during the rework she had on Kiel and Gotenhafen.

It was done surely  after Operation Cerberus  and not before.

Here a photo of Scharnhorst '  Admiralsbrücke ' during Op. Cerberus and you can see it was still open.

Note :  20 mm Flak vierling C38 on B-Bruno turret.

and here a photo of early 1943 on the  trials, note the dark grey camo that Scharnhorst had from beginning till July 1943.

Note the differences also on the main rangefinder ( from round to squared ) and the radar as well.

Just compare them on my drawings :

all teh photos posted above I have them in original pics   .

On the Cerberus one  I have really used  one from a book because the one I have is way too big and complete and I cannot attach it here in, but I have it anyway, so it should be OK.

I did not quite get right your last statement,  I will see later on,.. now I must go to make my Christmas tree with my daughter waiting for me.

If there is any problem, please feel free to remove from here what you  think is the cause, no problems at all for me.

I have changed the photo with one detail of the original in  my hands, so everything should be all right now.

@Timo,
ich habe von der Gneisenau Pläne mit der offenen Brücke. Die werde ich wahrscheinlich verwenden, da SH und GU da gleich waren, denke ich mal. Wenn dir DinA4 Kopien der Brücke reichen, kann ich dir die kopieren, wenn du den ganzen Plan möchtest, mußt du mal Petergrafspee anschreiben. Von ihm hab ich die Gneisenaupläne.
