Pictures are from my friend web site. He is profesional diver. I didn`t dive on that wrack yet, but I will be :-D
Please take a look:

This is not MFP F-963, F-968, F-948, F-973 and F-625.
F-963 is sunked by gunfire from MTB-670 (Eric Hewitt), MTB-667 (Jerram) and MGB-662 (Tim Bligh) on 07.August 1944.
F-968 is sunked by torpedo fired from MTB-670 (Eric Hewitt) on 07.August 1944.
F-625 is sunked by gunfire from MGB-662 (Tim Bligh), MTB-634 (Walter Blount), MTB-637 (Davidson) and MTB-638 (Lummis) on 11. October 1944.
F-948 and F-973 are heavy damadged by MGB-662 (Tim Bligh), MTB-634 (Walter Blount), MTB-637 (Davidson) and MTB-638 (Lummis) on 11. October 1944. and beached. Crews destroyed them on 12. October 1944.

This MFP (on my pictures) is probably sunked by airplane because it has huge hall on the bottom of the ship (see picture No. 5).
Which MFP is that????

Picture No. 6:

I think there are 2 rudders - this would be characteristic for MFP Typ D (Typ A - C had only a single rudder), so the vessel should have a number higher than F 800.

Left of the very left prop can be seen a structure like a small rudder. This is a protection shild for the props and rudders ("Abweiser") to protect them from grounding while landing or crossing shallow water. There were two of them - one starboard, one on the port side.

So I am sure this is a Typ D.
