Z-34 Fla ?

Gentlemen :

am trying to understand if there was a final Fla refit added to Z-34's compliment of AA during 1944-45.  One source states that even the Lützow Fla was added to the Z-34 in the spring of 45 before wars end, so I am totally confused.

any help on this ?
