Dr. Heltge sentenced six Norwgians to death. They were executed on the island Håøya (Oslofjord, Oscarsborg festung) on 2. November 1941. Both Norwgian and German archives seem to empty on information on this tragedy.
I hope somebody may help
Hello Isbjorn,
if this execution should have been a war crime comited be a German you should ask Dr. Tobias Herrmann from the "Bundesarciv, Außenstelle Ludwigsburg, Schorndorfer Str. 58, 71638 Ludwigsburg (ludwigsburg@bundesarchiv.de) whether or not there are any files. This department of the Bundesarchiv archives all the files of the "Zentrale Stelle der Landesjustizverwaltungen der Länder zur Verfolgung nationalsozialistischer Verbrechen". In this case he might be able to give you a first advice.
With kind regards
