Die USNS T-AKR 5083 CAPE KENNEDY und USNS T-AKR 5082 CAPE KNOX (ex Nedlloyd ROSARIO und Nedlloyd ROUEN) sind Einheiten des "United States Sealift Commands". Diese zwei Schiffe sind Eihheiten der 27 "Roll-on/Roll-off" Schiffe und der 44 Schiffe der "Ready Reserve Force", die innerhalb von 5 Tagen einsatzbereit sein sollen. Mannschaften sind von der Handelsmarine und werden von USN Personal "verstärkt".
