Happy Friday to all,
the target of the attack by HMS SERAPH seems to be Fracht-Peniche FRANKFURT which was sunk on September 10th 1943 near Piombino from the artillery fire from enemy submarine.
The second Prahm MECHTHILDE was damaged and was beached and blown up.

In the documents posted above one can read:

This is obviously incorrect (Tippfehler ?) as this position is well inland. I suspect it should be:
10.43 östl. Länge 42.48 nördl. Breite
