Ohlendorf was not assigned to THOR or listed as a crewmember.  He was a former crewman of REGENSBURG that Marine Attaché Tokyo assigned to LEUTHEN (Former NANKIN).  I believe he was aboard NANKIN on 30 Nov 1942 and not aboard THOR.

On 14 Sep 1942:  1.Skl.Ik requests Heimatstab Ausland to provide Skl information about where several of the former crewmen of REGENSBURG are currently serving.  (22677/42 gKdos.)

On 15 Sep 1942: Heimatstab Ausland asks the Marine Attaché Tokyo where the REGENSBURG men are assigned.  (2667/42 gKdos.)

On 24 Sep 1942: Marine Attaché Tokyo answers Heimatstab Ausland and says all of the men are assigned to THOR, except Maschinenmaat Ruchay, Funkgefreiter Hahn, and Bootsmannsmaat Ohlendorf because these men had been assigned to LEUTHEN (Former NANKIN.)   The telegram goes on to add that as of 24 Sep 1942 Ohlendorf is still at a mountain resort [Hakone?] recovering from pulmonary tuberculosis.  (2750/42 gKdos.)

I just found an update for Bootsmannsmaat Ohlendorf!

There is an earlier message from the Naval Attaché Tokyo to Heimatstab Ausland on 21 Aug 1942 at 1830 hours (20639/42 gKdos).  This message reports to Heimatstab Ausland the following:

Ohlendorf and Steuermannsmaat Oswin Blasius were removed from MICHEL for misconduct and placed aboard DRESDEN. Arrested and confined aboard MICHEL for violation of the National Law § 175 Reichs Straf Gesetz Buch (§ 175 R.St.G.B.). "Heimschaffung mit Tatbericht auf Dresden."

So at least movement across 4 ships:  MICHEL to DRESDEN.  (other ship?)  REGENSBURG.  (other ship?)  NANKIN.

It is pretty confusing!
