Hi All, :)
Sadly I do not speak the German language but, I do hope some of you are able to understand English. Spee saw some of my colourized warship photos at www.bismarck-class.dk and asked me to present them here. I hope to do some Kriegsmarine warship photos soon. Enjoy:

Welcome aboard, BCRenown
But, is it a france flag on the Turret B of the HMS Renown in Malta ???
The pictures are very nice, but I belief, the Renown was a little bit more black and not so much in green. Please change the green into a Colour like Sand in a desert.
I have a Picture in the Book of Alan Raven/John Roberts : The British Battleships of the World War II.
@Mario,
this isn't the french flag. During the spanish civil war, the ships of the control group used their flag-colours as national insignias, like the red tops of the main turrets on "Admiral Scheer" or "Tirpitz" in WWII.
"Deutschland" and "Admiral Scheer" wear in spanish waters black-white-red stripes on the main turrets.
I think, the green is right. I have some camouflage paintings of "Renown" and the camo is green, not desert.
Hello BCRenown ,
send you one " herzliches Willkommen " :lol:
great picture´s , please give us more ..
@all,
Was denkt ihr?
Hello BCRenown
Very nice pictures!!! Welcome aboard :D
@Spee
Thank you so much for your warm welcome and your kind remarks about my photos. I appreciate it very much.
Here is the Yamato colourization for Lutscha. I am sorry it did not turn out perfectly but, high quality photos are need to do real good work. Enjoy:

Keep well,
Monty
Thank you very much!!! :mrgreen:
Unfortunately there are no high quality photos of both ships. :(
@chrischnix,
Whow! Respect! Respect!
One would like to have a dive straight from HMS Barham's Forecastle into the warm and cosy Mediterranean ...
and HMS Renown in her camouflage dress is wonderful!
That is well done indeed! Hmm ... all the little details like the colours of the supply boats alongside HMS Tiger.
Well – let's search for some fine Kriegsmarine Pictures! :D
So many thanks for sharing your little works of art with us!
Ufo

@Spee
Dominik
Well, even if it's somewhat late:
Mario was right, the picture of "Renown" at Malta shows the French markings: blue - white- red with the blue stripe facing to the bow (at the rear turret, too).
British ships had the same colours of the stripes, but with the red facing to the bow.
