Das Update für die 800er Nummern ist m.E. nicht richtig.
Laut der Liste "Forza Navale Speziale" sind dies nur die
laufenden Nummern für Einheiten mit anderen Pendant Nummern. Mit den Nummern 801 bis 824 komme ich nicht zurecht. Aber an den Nummern 861 bis 949 sieht man, dass auf andere Pendant-Nummern verwiesen wird:

Es geht bei den Nummern 801-824 offenbar um "motoscafi di laguna Veneziana"
In den Bildunterschriften heißt es: motoscafo serie Ca'

Perhaps you might appreciate some additions to your list, which I think should better be renamed Ghiglino's List.
Just to mention a few examples:

Morover, F415 and F523 got single, isolated numbers, which are confusing me. Can you tell me something about these ships, about their identity ?

EBE was F 69, not F 169 (Dr.Jung's Liste had a duplication). A former ELCO MAS of late WWI, later KM IV 57 in Oct. 1943 then G 321 on 19 Jan. 1945, resumed passenger service post-war, broken up in 1970.
Ghiglino's List ends up with the following vessels:
F 150 GIOVANNI INGRAO, a passenger/cargo steamer of 199 grt, former Yugoslavian DRAVA, sunk 30.1.1944 near Pianosa island
F 151 CARMENCITA, a trawler of 221 grt, ex CARMEN ex G 33 (WWI Regia Marina trawler from the the large Japanese purchase - G stood for Giappone), previously requisitioned as G 3
F 152 GIOVANNI FRANCHINI, a cargo steamer of 110 grt, former Yugoslavian KRKA, sunk by Yugoslav partisans while in German hands near Starifrad 8.12.1943
F 153 ADRIATICO F., a steamer of 387 grt, former Yugoslavian JADRAN F. (another mere translation of the Slav name)
F 415 and F 523 are not in the F list, just like F 911, 925 and 930 were actually pennant numbers of Forza Navale Speciale units and not Fs.
GIOVANNI INGRAO is wrongly listed in Dr. Jung's as F 115 instead of F 151, so this may well be the origin of your "F 415". F 115 was actually CARON, a motovedetta of the Regia Guardia di Finanza later re-numbered AS 50 as a (dubious) sub-chaser.
About "F 523", I only know of an MFP beached in Rosignano Solvay in Jan. 1944 and salved two months later, a subject on which a local friend of mine is writing a piece after a long research job.
