I saw the add on one of the posts. Are there many illustrations?

PT Dockyard,he say in the german text (not translated in english at the homepage) 60 photos and 5 maps.
OK > It's on order now.
I also have the one on the 15th Landungsflottille. I hope someone publishes some for the flotillas in the Adriatic and from Western Italy/Southern France.

But this is a great deal of work. :-D
Some of us would make it worthwhile! :O/Y
The craft in the Western Med were the ones that saw considerable action against US and RN coastal forces. I know friends that would be interested

In Germany, there is a saying: Many enemies, much honor. I would immediately get the 4th Landungsflottille interested, but the western Mediterranean too big for one to reappraise. Perhaps it is a yes or motivate others, including what to write.
I myself will soon begin the next project, but from the Aegean Sea.

P.s. Sorry for my bad english.
I moved this thread into the books area.
Units that I would love to see:
-60 and 70/76. Minesucherflottille
-Hafenschutzflottille along the coast of Southern France, Genoa, and in the Adriatic
-60.UJagdflottille
-1 and 2 Traflo, including something on the escorts attached TR101-107.
The 22 U-jagd Flottille is well covered in the Manfred Krellenberg's excellent book.
I would be willing to buy copies of images (which I would keep to myself if publication is an issue) on these units.

I can not help much either. My plans for the next 2-3 years, and the deal with the Aegean Sea and Russia. But I would not rule out that I later worked with the 4th Landing flotilla and the Hafenschutzflottille Venedig employment.

OK. I will be patient. :|
René,
What is the picture on the right side of the banner at the bottom of your post? It looks like a modified Infantrielandungsboot but I do not recall that photo being in your book.
By the way, your English is FAR better than my German! :MLL:

Schlecht? Spinnst Du??
Ich weiß ja nicht, wo Du gebüffelt hast, aber noch ein, zwei Monate und Du wirst nur noch auswärtige Fachliteratur lesen - wenn Du einmal damit angefangen hast... :-D
The picture shows the infantry-transporter I-O-91 at Rhodes. In the book (KTB der 15. L.-Fl.) page 35.
@ TG,
ich hab gar keine Zeit zum büffeln. Aber der Google-Translator scheint wohl was zu taugen. :-D Ich kann nach wie vor kein Wort Englisch.
