Hafen-Überwachungsstelle

Hallo,

Was war das Zweck einer Hafen-Überwachungsstelle?
Weil auf der Suche nach die Gliederung der Kdr. Admiral Ostland habe ich in den Feldpostübersicht diese gefunden:
Hafenkapitän Baltischport.
Diese kann ich aber nicht zurück finden, sondern ein Hafen-Überwachungsstelle Baltischport.

Es gab mehr Hafens dann Hafenkapitäne / Hafenkommandanten. Waren die Hüst auf die Stelle einer Haka eingesetzt?

In my hometown(Bergen, Norway) the KM had a  "Hafen-Überwachungsstelle" (Hüst). In addition they had several "kontrollstatione".
The Hüst was placed at the main entrance to the outer area of the port. If you came via the main shiplane from north or south you had to stop at the Hüst, state you destination, cargo, and the ship could be controlled before you was allowed to go any further. Ships of some size had to use a harbour pilot, those where stationed at the Hüst.The harbour pilot then guided them trough the minefields in to the city.
In addition you had the kontrollstation. They also controlled the ships, but they mostly controlled the local ships, where not all was entering the main harbour. If you had entered the inside area of the harbour, either via the Hüst or the kontrollstation you also had the report to the kontrollstation located in the main harbour.
Both the Hüst and the kontrollstation was controlled by the Hafenkäpiten.
