CÖLN (ii) Kleine Kreuzer Klasse

Hello All,
I am new here, and delighted to be on board. I apologize for having no skills in the German language, and hope my English will be OK.
I am very interested in the ships of The Kaiserliche Marine, and especially the Light Cruisers. The vessels from The Magdeburg to Cöln(ii) are especially of interest, and I am trying to locate photos of the unfinished ships themselves Cöln(ii) Class. A wonderful gentleman in Germany was kind enough to send me a large group of scans of many of these vessels in various degrees of completion, and I am very grateful to him. There is a picture here http://www.shipsnostalgia.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/86168/title/stettin/cat/505  of great interest to me. It shows "Wiesbaden", launched 03.03.17, and "Rostock", launched 06.04.18, at A.G. Vulcan, Stettin as identified by Klaus. I would like to know where I might find this photograph if at all possible, as the scan is not as clear as I would like to have. I cannot get a hold of Dick Sloan as he is not visiting the site anymore to my knowledge.
Any help will be most appreciated.
