I like your use of quotes and your fair way to analyze this situation, it would be good also if you will allow me to know your first name ( I do not need your last name ), so at least I know who am I talking with.

Back on this unfortunate situation I find myslef in once again and with no desire to be involved on this at all, what I can tell you is that being kind and educated with this person did not provide any result on last years.

He kept on doing what he started on 2005, it is just getting worst.

You can notice the fairness and the kindness showed, especially when persons NOT involved told him the truth and the way they judged his way to do things  :

This is the reason why when I read persons like here above writing comments with no fundaments and still support a person acting on this way, I like to show what the reality is with the irrefutable evidences.

Please allow me to underline to you that in this all long story there have been victims of PLAGIARISM, ... and somebody that without asking permission or recognizing somebody else works, used it to make easy money.

I see and I thank your advise, but I really do not need to perform any vendetta against this pathetic person, ... as you may have realized after reading above he is able to hurt himself well enough ... and also in this case is only getting worst.

My ironic posting of the most evident errors were directed to the guys above : the one's with the trumpets.

But they are just silent lately, ... no trumpeters anymore

this Bernd willmer aka 109. I follow this case and others across the Forums in the web. I do not know any of the involved persons personally so I try to stay neutral.

Perhaps a legal cost insurance covering Internet and Copyright infringement for future cases could be helpful.

es ist ja schön das Du John unter die Arme gegriffen hast ,leider sind dort einige Bilder, Seite 30 in der Mitte, Seite 35 oberes Bild, Seite 136 oberes Bild von Ferdinand Urban , die Familie hat die Bildrechte ,und nicht John.

so schön finde es leider nicht, wenn man dies vorher gewusst hätte wäre es nie zu einer Unterstützung gekommen.
Zudem hat man nur einen ganz kleinen Part dazu geleistet, da müssten als Danksagung normalerweise ganz andere stehen.
Finde dies sehr beschämend wie der Autor mit den Rechten andere umgeht.
Und mit den Bildern und Zeichnungen habe ich absolut, rein garnichts am Hut,  . Dies ist Sache des Autors.

Naja die Räder von Justitia drehen sich schon ganz langsam aber sicher.

Siehe Seite 18 Bild oben wurde bei einer E-Bay Auktion heraus kopiert sie das verwirbelte HK am Mast Käufer dieses Bildes ist bekannt, es handelt sich nicht um Herrn Asmussen.

Siehe Seite 21 Bild in der Mitte sollte eigentlich jedem Historiker bekannt sein, da es sich um "Admiral Hipper" im Dock handelt.
Begründung: "Bismarck" hatte 2 Spatenruder und nicht eins, "Bismarck" hatte auch keinen Dreibeinmast wie im Bild zusehen und bei "Bismarck" waren die Bullaugen nur im Heck- und Bugbereich und nicht wie im Bild zusehen auf der ganzen Rumpfseite.

Siehe Seite 28 Bild oben Lindemann spricht zur Crew und steht dabei auf einem Podest aber was sieht man unter dem Podest, ja iss es denn zu Glauben ein Fliegersichtzeichen und das bei der Indienststellung, leider muss ich Euch enttäuschen es ist nicht von der Indienststellung. Es ist ca. ein halbes Jahr später aufgenommen worden.

Siehe Seite 111 unter Compartments  sieht man in Sektion VII auf der Bb Seite einen Dieselmotorraum Nr.2, den gab es aber gar nicht siehe angefügten Planausschnitt.

Ich könnte hier weitermachen, will es aber nicht, da ich meine Zeit sinnvoll nutzen kann

Fazit nimmt man die Bilder und Grafiken heraus, welche nicht sein Eigentum sind, dann bleibt nicht mehr viel übrig.
Schade um das Geld welches man dafür bezahlen muss.
