naval reparations

My friends,I have looked all over the internet but as yet failed to find a site with a list of vessels that were handed over to allies by both German and Italian navies at the end of the war in 1945.A few years ago I found a russian site that listed German vessels that were handed over to them,but I seem to have lost the site address.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction,thank you.(Sorry if I have asked this before).
