Use of French Naval Aa weapons on KM Ships in the Mediterranean

I have seen a picture of an MFP off Italy mounting a twin French 13.2mm Hotchkiss MG.

I have also seen Italian weapons such as the 20mm and 37mm Bredas as common on German craft in the Mediterranean.

Did the Kriegsmarine also use the French 37mm Model 25 in single mountings...
