Good morning. Please tell me the name of the German merchant ships that were in the building process, but were never finished due to the outbreak of World War II. I know the names of three: OSTMARK 1940 sistership STEIERMARK-CORMORAN. MARBURG and COBURG. All three of them held the German trade raiders. Please tell me the name of the German merchant ships which have not been completed because of World War II. And also those which have been constructed and completed in the Second World War? Help please. With respect to you, Sergey :?

An almost impossible task  :-(
Reinhart Schmelzkopf in his book Die deutsche Handelsschiffahrt 1919-1939 lists 100 (!) ships ordered or in construction 01.09.1939. And his book deals only with ships over 500 GRT (and excludes fishery vessels, even if they were over 500 GRT).

This documents tell why the building of those ships had never been  completed. The cause for this was a lack of material.
