They have a nice exibition of R-15 and the Enigma that was found on the wreck.

Hi Danijel,

It does not look like a radio to me. I have attached photos of the radios on a Schnellboot. I would assume the R-Boots had the same radio sets.
There is a junction box that could be the object on the wreck (difficult to say how big it is from the wreck photo).
