Romanian Navy - destroyer identification

Hello to everybody,

I came across this blurry photo of destroyer, R class of the Romaninan Navy, but I cannot recognise it becasue it has a unknown (for me) camouflage. Anybody is able to identify it?

Hallo,
difficult at first because the bad material, also in Rumanian books. I had have a look into and in my coll - I think we can see REGINA MARIA early in the war.
My idea - she shows us only one sure part different to the sister - inside the mast the strivings from both aft legs. I have prepared some picturers to interpret this detail. on REGELE FERDINAND we miss this detail.
There were some changes in wartime on board this destroyers. Not only in the camouflage. Additional - REGINA MARIA showed the PIEK-ASS as her sign - REGELE FERDINAND HERZ-ASS!

Hello SchlPr11,

thanks alot for your research and answer. I know it's very diffiucult to find differences between the 2 R-destroyers sister ships....I would say they were more like twins than sisters  .
BTW I'm not totally concinced because in other photos, also REGELE FERDINAND had those supports in the mast (see the photo attached). Any further help will be appreciated.
