US 37 mm HA L/50 Mk.1 guns

In 1940 Norway bought 40 naval 37 mm guns in USA. The designation was 37 mm HA L/50 Mk.1. Can anyone give specifications for this gun? Picture show shooting practice during 1942.

The barrel looks a little bit short for a L/50 weapon ... and the only American 37 mm AA gun I know, was the M1A2:
