German convoys on Baltic Sea in 1945

I'm looking for any information or where to find any information (books etc.) regarding german convoys on Baltic Sea in 1945.Most of them where attacked by russian airforce off the Pommeranian Kuste.I'm looking for the names of the convoys, names of the ships, losses, dates  etc.
