Can anybody confirm if this ship was in OSLO in December 1942 . ? was it used as a  residential ship under Hafenkapitan OSLO?

Sorry , I do not know if it is this ship. I have a FELDPOST letter with number 10299B  which is HAFENKAPITAN OSLO with a stamp saying dampfer ELISABETH in blue  as sender of letter

Elisabeth Bornhofen is mentioned in Oslo 16.12-20.12.42.

My letter is dated 17.12.42 so this could be a possibility. I will do further research on this ship so thankyou for your help
