Am Samstag hatte ich Zeit, es mir anzuschauen

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit ebensolcher Umgebung

Was wohl die Schnellbootfahrer dachten, wenn sie die "Himmelspforte" (PORTA COELI) durchschritten ?
"In Treue nicht zögernd" (IN FIDE NIHIL HAESITANS) paßte ja irgendwie auch auf ihre Einsätze ...

Could these Töniges photos also be from Hageveld as well. Looks like he is Kptltn. Could it be when he was with 2 SFtl in April 1942?

It also looks a bit like Mürwik and could then be from Sep 1942...?

Nein, Töniges verließ die 2. S-Fltl (Boot S 29) am 9.4.1942, die 2. S-Fltl bezog die Unterkunft im Seminar Heemstede-Hageveld am 31.5.1942

It also looks a bit like Mürwik and could then be from Sep 1942...?

Mürwik ja, aber es sieht (für mich) so aus, als trüge Töniges schon das Eichenlaub, daher evt. erst November 1942 oder später

Hi,

There are two 1 S-Schulftl photos on Ebay. One is showing the Flottille in a small harbor. The boats are marked F, L, D, E, G, K, R and H. It is the same boats that went to Oslo in March 1944. I suspect the photo is from the Oslofjord, Son or Hortens (or Denmark?)? I have not found it. Anyone?

Hi,

There are some new photos showing a Schneller-U-Jagd-Gruppe boat (S 14 or S 15). It is said to be in Holland.
Could it be Rotterdam? I don't recognize it. To me it looks more like Germany, Wilhelmshaven?

Note S 201 or S 202 in the background.

There was also a typ S 30 boat being towed in a floating dock in another photo from the same group.

schwierig. Mir fällt auf, daß beide Boote keine Kriegsflagge führen.

Könnte (!!) es sein, daß es hier um die Abgabe von S 1 und S 201 an Bulgarien geht und das Foto in einem ganz anderen Seegebiet (Donau/Schwarzes Meer) entstand ?

The typ S 30 boat was probably photographed at the same time. Which boat could it be?
