Greetings, i've a couple of questions regarding the German Operations on Korcula Island on 24 December 1943. First of all the type of German crafts used during the landing:

If i am correct, "KJ" it's one of the nominative for the StuBo42 type boats, or maybe it was some other kind of crafts employed?

This is also connected to the losses for the operations because German KTB indicate 2 crafts lost.

I have found Jugoslavian mentions that the partisan boat "PC-64 Neutralni" claimed the sinking of a "landing boat" on 24-12-43 during the operation. Whatever kind of details (German accounts, type or identification number of the lost crafts) it's welcome.

Küstenjäger (KJ) oftenly used Sturmboote and/or Pionier-Landungsboote. I do not trust that the English term "landing boat" really means the PiLabo, or perhaps any sort of landing craft.

When Küstenjäger lent out boats from pioneer units, the vessels got new [KJ-]numbers, and it is nearly unpossible to find out the original number. As we don't have the KTBs of pioneer landing units (such as Pi.Ldgs.Btl. 771), we can not retrieve.

Technically the english-translated ktb said exactly "2 of our crafts were destroyed and a further one was damaged." while the text here on HMA say

Bis 11.00 Uhr sind bereits zwei Wellen bei Raciste bzw. bei der Stadt Korcula ohne Bootsverluste gelandet, allerdings gehen dann bis zum Abend doch noch zwei eigene Fahrzeuge verloren, während ein drittes beschädigt wird. Zur Unterstützung der Landungen stand keine einzige größere Marineeinheit zur Verfügung.

It is neither possible to find in German literature the type/class of crafts employed during this landing and which suffered losses? If think it's a pity because after all the operation wasn't exactly small or obscure.

Ich habe nun den gemeldeten Fahrzeugbestand auch in die LFZ-Chronik eingetragen. Welche 2 KJ-Fahrzeuge davon aber verloren gingen, wurde in den von Peter angegebenen Quellen offenbar nicht mitgeteilt. Selbst wenn ich wüsste, es waren KJ-1 und KJ-2, ich könnte diese Boote keiner Original- oder Herstellungsnummer zuordnen.
